Vividh was created because organisations don’t need more diversity statements…they need workplaces where people actually feel included.
After years working in inclusion roles, I kept seeing the same pattern: bold commitments that rarely led to deep, lasting change. Inclusion was often reduced to policy and training, but the culture stayed the same.
Voices were still left unheard, talent was still overlooked, people were still editing who they were to fit in…
So I created Vividh to fill that gap.
Vividh isn’t about performative action or tick-box exercises. We work with organisations ready to do the real work – to build cultures of belonging from the inside out. Cultures where inclusion isn’t just talked about, it’s felt. Where difference is respected, power is shared, and everyone has a fair shot at thriving.
The name ‘Vividh’ means ‘diverse’ in Sanskrit — a nod to both my heritage and our belief that inclusion must be rooted in humanity, not just metrics.
We exist because inclusion is not a ‘nice-to-have’. It’s the foundation of every truly great workplace. And we’re here to help you build it – boldly, honestly, and with heart.

With 12+ years of experience in Inclusion, I’ve helped companies like Mars, Johnson & Johnson, King, Nomad Foods, and BAT build truly inclusive workplaces. I specialise in turning inclusion into action, developing strategies that empower teams and create cultures where everyone can thrive.
