With 12+ years of experience in Inclusion & Diversity, I’ve helped companies like Mars, J&J, King, Nomad Foods, and BAT build truly inclusive workplaces. I specialise in turning inclusion into action—developing strategies that create diverse, empowered teams where everyone thrives.
