The name ‘Vividh’ means ‘diverse’ in Sanskrit — a nod to my heritage, and a reminder that real inclusion is rooted in humanity.

I’m Karan, thrilled to share a bit about myself with you. I’ve always been driven by curiosity and a passion for impact. Learning, evolving, and challenging perspectives isn’t just what I do, it’s who I am.
With 12+ years of experience in Inclusion, I’ve helped companies like Mars, Johnson & Johnson, King, Nomad Foods, and BAT build truly inclusive workplaces. I specialise in turning inclusion into action, developing strategies that empower teams and create cultures where everyone can thrive.
