About me
Welcome to my world! I’m Karan, and I’m thrilled to share a bit about myself with you. As an Inclusion and Diversity specialist, my journey has been fuelled by passion, growth, and the relentless pursuit of excellence.
Ever since I can remember, I’ve had an insatiable curiosity and a thirst for to make a difference and impact. This innate desire led me to explore a wide range of subjects, constantly expanding my horizons and challenging myself to learn and evolve. I believe that life is an ongoing classroom, and I strive to be a perpetual student, eager to discover new insights and perspectives.
With over 12 years of experience, I have delved deeply into Inclusion and Diversity, working for companies such as Mars, Johnson and Johnson, King, Nomad Foods and BAT. My expertise lies in developing and implementing effective strategies to foster inclusive behaviors and create diverse workplace environments. My mission is to ensure that as many workplaces as possible embrace inclusivity, driving both employee satisfaction and organisational success.
Driven by a genuine passion for positive change, I am committed to making workplaces authentically inclusive. My goal is to transform as many organisations as possible, ensuring every employee feels valued and empowered.
