HI, I’M KARAN

Strategist, coach, speaker, and the founder behind Vividh. My work is fueled by a simple truth: inclusion isn’t a checkbox, it’s how people feel within your organisation.

I built Vividh after years of watching well-meaning efforts fall short. Promises were made; things looked good on paper, but culture didn’t shift. People were overlooked, voices went unheard, and teams shrank to fit in. So I created a different path.
